Our designer and her team will create your dress using the measurements you submit.
1. Submit Your Order
After you submit your order, please get the order number that you can see in your email confirmation. You will use this order number to add to the form below. We will use the name email, and the order number in the order to match the dress with the Tailoring service that you request below.
2. Submit Your Measurements
If you would like to take advantage of our custom tailoring service, please measure yourself and enter these measurements in the form below. Our designers and their teams will use this information to create your perfect dress for your perfect day.
3. Confirmation
We will confirm your measurements with your order to let you know we have received the order and have matched it with your measurements. At this stage, we will contact you if something isn't clear. Please make sure to check the email address daily that you used during the ordering.
4. Dress Making Time
The designer and her team will start working on your dress. This may take 2-4 weeks in general. If you need the dress urgently, please make sure you let us know, so we can expedite your order as much as possible. However, it is best to order your dress at least 6-9 weeks before the big day!
5. Shipping Your Dress
We ship your dress to your address with free shipping worldwide. We use FedEx, UPS, or DHL with insurance. We want to make sure your dress arrives in perfect shape as fast as possible. Importing duties will be paid for you, so you do not have to worry about that, either.
6. Receive Your Dress
This is so exciting! Finally, you will receive your dress that will fit you like a glove. At this point, if you need to, you can take it for dry cleaning, to make sure it doesn't have a wrinkle on it from the shipping. In some cases, this may not be necessary.
