Please note that due to the custom nature of our dresses, we do not offer refunds.

Order Cancellation​

​We offer free cancellations as long as the dress is not in production. Please contact us by email and let us know if you would like to cancel the order. If production hasn't started, we will refund 100% of the order. After the production has already begun, we will deduct 35% from the cost of the product.​

Exchanges​

Since all of our dresses are made-to-order, exchanges are not possible. However, if you change your mind or want to make changes to your dress, contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to create the dress of your dreams. However, we cannot guarantee the changes can be made. It will depend on the changes you need and how far along the dress is in the production. Send us a message as soon as you know you want to make a change and we will get back to you with the info about what we can do to accomodate you.
